Brannon was an EXCELLENT salesman. He told me what he had and the points on the vehicle I was looking at. He didn’t try to over sell. He was very knowledgeable. The financing process was easy and the final closing was awesome. Amazing people working there. The only down side only one free oil change.

My concern, why are text messages being sent to Approve or Decline a recommended Service; especially, if the Customer is in the Waiting Room. I feel as though the Employer and Customer Relationship will be degraded by this process!!

Had a nail in front right tire. Stop at discount tire and waited 2.5 hours. They pulled it in and said they could not take my tire off due to locking socket was missing. Central only place that rotated tires and forgot to put it in back in truck. Central told me to drive it while they order a socket. I told them y’all caused this and need to make it right that I couldn’t drive this truck with flat tire. Had to argue with them and finally they had a universal socket and fix my tire. I told them to just take all the locks off the tires and put regular lug nuts on Incase they loose them again. Daughter in law had the same problem. This need to be addressed loosing customers locking lugs when rotating tires and make it right when you caused the problem without customer having to argue there case.

Fielder has sold us 4 vehicles now. He always goes above and beyond for us. On this occasion I needed an oil change and couldn't bring my truck in myself. He took care of it from start to finish.

Quick, and friendly service

The service took almost 3 hours to do an oil change, tire sensor, and new tires. When I checked out they over charged me about $400. They acted like I was trying to get out of paying bill, but they finally recalculated the amount and I was right. They did not seem too worried about me overpaying and I should have paid the bill as it was. A very negative reflection on Central GMC Buick.

Recommended replace brakes and I had the brakes replaced a month ago

Third times the charm right? This was the third time I had to schedule my vehicle for service (all my fault). The ladies at the desk that scheduled me were all so very kind and helpful. Jamie Collins is perfect in her position as a service writer. She's very friendly and accommodating. Less than 5 minutes after checking me in for my appointment on 2/9/26, she had me in a Central courtesy vehicle with Mr. Garry for a ride home. I liked Mr Garry instantly and absolutely felt comfortable with him! He's such a kind and friendly person, plus an excellent driver and conversationalist. The repair to my vehicle? So far so good...no annoying rattle to be heard!! :-) Overall, Central GMC is 4-stars for excellent customer service and quick repairs. I'm a very happy customer!

This is 3rd vehicle with dealership.. Always seamless process. I advise sales crew what vehicle i am interested in and the trim package I desire. Then they locate and make it happen..Sales always keep me in the loop with process and make themselves available for any questions I might have during the process

I like how simple the procedure is and if for some reason I miss the text for approval of what needs to be done to my vehicle I’ll get a call to notify me. Sometimes we don’t hear our text at work

Brannon McMillan was my Sales Rep for Central and I really appreciate all he did you make this a very special car buying experience. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, courteous, and understanding. The financial group was also very helpful, and I loved signing all those documents on their "Large Desktop Tablets". I've never seen anything like that.

The staff is friendly but I think they try to sell you parts you really don't need just to make a sell. I realize that is put of sales though.

GM warranty was not honored. Your service desk ladies are very rude. I was not please, I will not be back. I will tell everyone I know to go elsewhere. My vehicle was handed back in worse shape than I left it in. I am extremely dissatisfied as everytime I drop it off it seems there are more problems with it than I started with. It started with a simple oil change which led to my safety system (airbags not working) and now my 2024 GMC Yukon with less than 40,000 miles is being recommended for a new roof control box for $1,000, but everything is working as it should. Make that make sense

I took my vehicle in to have the oil changed and check the transmission. They checked the transmission and didn’t change the oil. Now I have to make another appointment to get my oil changed.
